From Small-Town Dreams to Transforming Ideas That Impact
Building The Next, One Struggle at a Time.
Welcome to NextStruggle—a space where personal memoirs, tech concepts, and social reflections converge. I’m Dushyant Gadewal, a small-town dreamer who walked an unconventional path—from modest beginnings to tech entrepreneurship, from riding solo across India to mentoring digital visionaries.

Life didn’t come with a roadmap. It unfolded through childhood friendships, the hum of shared ambitions, and dreams carried on dusty cricket pitches. Like many of us, I once believed my place might be on the cricket field or in the uniform of the Indian Army. The SSB interviews I took were more than tests—they were moments of reckoning. So was love, in all its dazzling uncertainty. Solo bike rides turned into month-long odyssey across the diverse terrains of India—awakening a deep curiosity for people, stories, and the roads less taken.
From my early days at Little Flower High School in Sarni and Maharishi Vidya Mandir in Bhopal to graduating with a degree in Computer Science & Engineering from NIT Rourkela in 2006, each chapter laid a cornerstone in shaping my perspective. These formative years ignited a deep curiosity, a spirit of experimentation, and a lasting love for technology and systems thinking. They became the launchpad for a transformative journey through the heart of India’s landscape and evolving tech playground.

Professionally, I’ve aligned my growth with India’s rising digital revolution. I was privileged to contribute to pioneering startups like Travelguru (Desiya/Erevmax), Vriti Infocom, and Nagarro, where I immersed myself in the energy of product innovation, scalability, and tech-first thinking. Later in 2010, At PeopleStrong as part of the early tech team, I experienced firsthand the scale and vision needed to drive business transformation and eventually became a shareholder. That experience gave me a front-row seat to what it means to scale a company with vision and impact.
In 2017, I took the leap and founded ArcTop Labs—a #StartupIndia-recognized tech venture committed to solving real-world challenges with smart, scalable data solutions later talent acquisition by Peoplestrong. After two decades in the industry, I chose to retire from working for others at the age of 40 (#RetireAt40) in 2022, shifting my focus entirely to work that aligns with purpose, independence, and contribution.
Now, I advise students, startups, and businesses—guiding them to align technology with long-term vision, growth, and business goals. Whether it’s product architecture, digital strategy, team building or scaling innovation, I approach each engagement with clarity, empathy, and deep domain understanding.
Through NextStruggle, I share what truly matters—the struggles that shaped me, the tech ideas that fuel progress, and the social thoughts that question the status quo. This blog isn’t just a collection of posts; it’s a lived archive of curiosity, resilience, and evolution—built from the ground up, from coding and performance optimization to scaling and running my own cloud server—showcasing the depth of my professional tech expertise through every layer of its existence.

If you’re navigating your own next struggle—be it in tech, life, or vision—I hope my journey helps light a way. And if you ever seek grounded advice, creative collaboration, or a fresh tech lens on your path— I’d be glad to connect.
