Check driver (in windows powershell):

nvidia-smi

2. Verify CUDA Support in WSL

nvidia-smi

3. Avoid Outdated Toolkit: Don’t Use apt install nvidia-cuda-toolkit

4. Install CUDA Toolkit 12.3 (Recommended)
