For more than 20 years, I’ve been immersed in the ever-evolving world of technology—writing millions of lines of code, scaling products, and leading digital transformation initiatives that fueled tremendous business growth. My journey has taken me through some of the finest tech ecosystems, including Erevmax, TravelGuru, Nagarro, and PeopleStrong HR Technologies. After stepping back from full-time roles at the age of 40, I took on advisory positions with multiple startups, helping them unlock the power of AI, cloud solutions, gaming, mobile apps, and enterprise platforms. After retiring from full-time corporate life, I shifted gears—not to slow down, but to build what truly matters to me.
As a Computer Science graduate from NIT Rourkela, my fascination with tech started early. Over the years, I’ve owned and explored nearly every gadget you could imagine—from the complete Apple ecosystem (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Mac Mini) to Android flagships, Asus ROG gaming laptops, smart displays, and connected devices. However one dream never left me: building my own supercomputer, a powerful machine tailored for my creative tech, immersive gaming and future AI/AR/VR development.
That long-held dream moved decisively toward reality thanks to a strategic investment I made a decade ago—converting my ESOPs into PeopleStrong stock. Following the recent successful Goldman Sachs–PeopleStrong deal, I received a substantial payout. But for me, it wasn’t just about the financial reward—I chose to channel a portion of it into building a machine that’s not only cutting-edge and future-ready, but also deeply personal and purpose-driven. After months of deep research and component analysis, I assembled a beast: an AMD Ryzen 9 CPU with 16 cores and 32 threads, paired with a next-gen NVIDIA 50-series 16GB GPU, 64GB RAM (soon to be 128GB), AIO cooling, and a striking fish tank RGB cabinet that’s as beautiful as it is powerful.
This isn’t going to be, just a PC—it will be my personal Super Computing Device cum AI and gaming rig, handcrafted to serve as the foundation of my next venture. From training my own large language models (LLMs), generating high-quality AI images with Stable Diffusion, to experimenting with real-time voice AI and AR/VR prototypes—this machine will handle it all with ease. More than anything, building it with my own hands added a layer of emotional connection, much like my Harley-Davidson, which I proudly maintain myself. There’s something soulful about creating with your own two hands. It grounds me in purpose.
And maybe, just maybe, this rig will also be the first tech memory my 2-year-old daughter remembers. A symbol of dreaming big, staying curious, and building your own future—bit by byte.#AskDushyant
